Wilfred B. Brewer, MCEC, B. Econ. Hons (cum laude), Chartered Accountant, MBA
Wil is president and founder of Performance-Solutions-Group, Inc. (PSG), a management consulting company specializing in executive coaching, leadership and management practices, performance management and performance-based compensation. He founded PSG in July 2006 after twelve years as COO of Performance Management, Inc., a management consulting firm.
Wil has managed consulting teams and coached across a wide range of industries and worked with small to Fortune 500 companies and leading not-for-profits.
Prior to Performance Management, Inc. Wil was a consultant with Deloitte & Touche with focus on both operations reviews and strategic planning. He followed this as president and major stockholder of Emseal USA, Inc. for 10 years, a company which he built to national distribution, supplying the construction industry. This was followed by a return to consulting as COO of Performance Management, Inc. for some 12 years, prior to founding PSG in 2006. Wil completed two terms as Treasurer of the Ct. State Council for SHRM and served on committees of ATD and heads the publications committee for the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches.
