Facilitate new hire technical system functionality, policy/procedure and product training with heavy emphasis on Customer Service
Use creative approaches in facilitating new hire training class
Supervise performance of contact center new hires during initial training period and work in the business line to measure training skill transfer to on-the-job performance
Develop additional Customer Service Program for new hire classes
Monitor and evaluate CSRs to track results of training, provide feedback and coaching to trainees
