(Posting this a couple days early since I won’t be in the office.)
In years past I have asked everyone to list the things in Learning Development that they are grateful for to celebrate the U.S. Thanksgiving Holiday. I’ve seen answers that included new features in Storyline, Captivate, and other development tools. The ease of digital video, better audio software, different learning techniques (particularly micro-learning), and many more have been mentioned over the years.
So keeping with tradition, I’ll ask it again, what elements of Instructional Design and even just training in general are you most grateful for this year?
