Global learning trends and the importance of an organization’s talent development ecosystem will be the topics of discussion when ATD president and CEO Tony Bingham joins UMU CEO Dongshuo Li on April 20, for the first conversation in the 2022 Japan Webinar series.

Following the success of a similar webinar in September 2021, the 2022 Japan Webinar series will offer key insights into important trends, concepts, and topics shaping today’s talent development profession in Japan. The discussions on these topics will be at a strategic level, benefiting C-level talent leaders who are shaping the learning culture in their organizations.

Attendees of this webinar will learn how to:

  • Adapt to a hybrid work environment and successfully create new learning opportunities.
  • Design and implement high-risk learning projects.
  • Transform learning into real results and outcomes.
  • Design and deliver the employee experience journey.

The CEOs also will share their top three tips for post-pandemic learning departments.
