Rosemary Okoiti has been a member of ATD since 2014 and an active member and leader of the New York City Chapter since 2013, proudly serving as the vice president of talent management from 2019–2021. She is the learning and development manager at Winrock International and the founder and CEO of Rosemary Okoiti Consulting, a company that coaches and trains professionals to take the leap to reinvent themselves into successful entrepreneurs. Rosemary has extensive global experience covering intercultural business coaching and facilitation; these global experiences have driven her passion for DEI. She is passionate about helping you start and run your own successful business and designing and delivering engaging learning solutions that help learners grow to their highest potential while driving strategic business goals. Rosemary holds a master’s of education in entrepreneurship development from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and a bachelor’s of education in economics and business from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. She is a Certified Professional in Talent Development™ and a Certified Professional Coach.

Barbara Davis is an enthusiastic HR operations specialist working in the manufacturing industry in upstate New York. She has been part of the Capital Region ATD board for four years and has been part of the conference committee leadership team for three years. Barbara was the co-chair responsible for bringing the conference from an in-person event, to a fully virtual event at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. She holds a master’s in organizational psychology, focusing on talent management, and holds a GPHR certificate from HRCI

In professional broadcasting, Rob Hoitt worked with major networks and cable news channels before entering the L&D space. Rob combines his inner technology geek, passion for customer service, and love of lifelong learning to create a satisfying learning experience for his learners. Rob is a National Advisors for Chapters member and a proud contributor to the third edition of ATD’s Handbook for Training and Talent Development.

Missy Korduner has been a member of ATD since 2017 and an active leader and member of the Baton Rouge Chapter. She served as past president in 2021, president in 2020, president elect in 2019, and treasurer in 2017 and 2018. Missy is also active with the ATDBR Annual Conference committee. Professionally, she is an assistant professor of professional practice for the LSU school of leadership and human resource development, where she advises all graduate students in their online graduate programs. She also teaches leadership and human resource development courses and has designed courses for the program. In 2021, Missy has been recognized with many awards; most recently, she was recognized by NACADA, the global community for academic advising, with the Outstanding New Advising—Faculty Academic Advising Award. She has 19 years of professional experience in higher education focused on mentoring, leadership development, professional development, extended orientation programs, program planning and evaluation, students in transition, and academic and student organization advising.

Jennifer Labrie Pereira has been a member of ATD since 2009 and is an active member of the ATD Nebraska Chapter. She was a leader with the Nebraska Chapter from 2011–2020 in a variety of roles, including membership, marketing, and finance. She was also on the Chapter Recognition Committee from 2018–2020, filling the chair role in 2020. She was also an NAC as part of that role. Jennifer is currently a manager of GCC strategy with Hyatt Hotels for their global contact centers. In that role, she is responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures for the global contact centers. Prior to this role, she was a part of the learning department at Hyatt for 13 years.

Amber Watts has more than 10 years of experience in sales, building onboarding and learning programs in various industries, but has found her place in the SaaS world. Currently, she leads sales enablement and training for Fourth Enterprises, a global hotel, restaurant, and retail software company. She has continued to build a reputation for creating scalable, agile learning programs for revenue teams. As a 2019 Emerging Training Leader with Training Magazine and a 2020 Stevie Award winner for Best Sales Training or Coaching Program of the Year, her commitment to training excellence is evident. Amber resides in Jacksonville, Florida, with her two sons and two boxers. She enjoys spending days at the beach, HIIT classes, kayaking, and reading.
