What’s the most valuable thing you’ve gained or experienced during your membership with ATD?

I started with a local membership, which led me to volunteering, a board role, and a national membership. This path brought me to ATD Chapter Leaders Conference (ALC). I met chapter leaders from across the country and spent two days learning best practices and receiving tools that I could bring back to my chapter and my day job.
