Macao, April 17, 2026 – The 2026 ATD x Wynn Asia Leadership Summit, jointly organized by Wynn and ATD, was held at Wynn Palace from April 15 to 16, with support from the Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM), Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO), and the Education and Youth Development Bureau (DSEDJ) of the Macao SAR Government. Themed "Future-Ready Leaders in the Age of AI," the event brought together more than 200 talent development executives and experts from leading enterprises across the Asia-Pacific region to explore cutting-edge approaches to leadership reinvention and talent strategies.

The opening ceremony was held at Wynn Palace Grand Theater on April 15 and was officiated by Mr. Leong Wa Fong, Acting President of Board of Directors of IPIM; Ms. Jennifer Si Tou, Acting Director of MGTO; Ms. Cheong Man Fai, Head of Department of Youth of DSEDJ; Dr. Wang Wei, ATD Global Senior Director; and Mr. Frederic Luvisutto, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Wynn Macau, Limited.
