ATD’s Employee Learning Week (ELW) is here and we’d like to encourage everyone to participate. Employee Learning Week is an international awareness campaign highlighting the important connection between learning and achieving organizational results.

Employee learning is more important now than ever before. With an increased need to compete in today’s global economy, organizations must develop a knowledgeable and high skilled workforce. Employee Learning Week is a great opportunity for organizations to celebrate the value of learning and rededicate themselves to developing their talent.

There are many ways to promote Employee Learning Week in your organization, from sending daily learning tips, to holding a small internal event, to attending a special off-site event. What you do is up to you!
