ASTD will award a $1,000 cash prize to each Chapter Excellence Award winner. How can your chapter collect some of this cash? It's easy as 1-2-3!

1. Determine if you are a small, medium, or large chapter using the scale below.

2. Submit an entry (by March 15) for any or all of the categories in your size division:

• Category: Excellence in Strategic Partnership-Chapters that make a significant impact on local businesses and communities.

• Category: Excellence in the Advancement of the Workplace Learning and Performance (WLP) Profession-Chapters that significantly foster workplace learning and performance in their community and professionalized the industry through promoting CPLP.

• Category: Excellence in Membership Growth-Chapters that demonstrate the highest overall growth rate of joint national and chapter members.

3. Collect $1,000 for each winning entry! Each chapter has the potential to win $3,000.

Medium = 101-300 chapter members

Large = >300 chapter members
