ASTD offers 3 webcast tracks relevant to chapters. The professional development track is geared towards all chapter members and leaders. Topics may include Employee Learning Week, CPLP, Sponsorships and more. The chapter leader track touches on topics that are relate specifically to managing and leading a chapter. The Disney Institute Track is a result of the new ASTD partnership with the Disney Institute. These webcasts are lead directly by Disney management and touch on some of the basic principles that contribute to their success.
