Here’s what you need to know before you get to New Orleans.

Technology will play a significant role at ATD24 so both in-person and virtual attendees can connect to all the conference has to offer. With the big event right around the corner (May 19–22), here’s what you need to know before you get to New Orleans, Louisiana.

Download and plug in

Be sure you’ve downloaded the ATD International Conference & EXPO Events app to see your schedule, view maps of the conference space, and network with fellow attendees. Select the option to Create Account and then enter the email address you used for registration. Follow the instructions to complete your account setup to use the app. You will receive your access key by email.

For those with an account for our online ATD24 Session Scheduler and Exhibitor Directory, please log in to the mobile app with the same email address and access key, which will sync your favorite sessions and exhibitors from the directory to your mobile app.

Need help with your access key?

Select the Login button and the Forgot Access Key? option in the top-right corner. Enter your email address and then select Retrieve Access Key. Please note: Your mobile app profile is not connected to your TD.org credentials.

Mobile app support will be available at the Information Desk in Lobby B from Sunday through Tuesday during registration hours.

Most ATD24 attendees will have access to the virtual platform, where you will find more than 20 on-demand sessions available (virtual access is not included with daily or EXPO-only registrations). If registered, you will receive an email containing access information for the virtual platform on May 15.

During the conference, virtual attendees will have access to more than 40 sessions, which will include:

  • Live-streamed sessions from New Orleans

  • Education sessions presented virtually

  • Speaker Q&As

  • Virtual networking sessions

  • ATD membership and certification programming

If you miss a super or general session, they will be available on the virtual platform after the conference. Recorded virtual sessions will be available online by May 28, 2024.

Connect with exhibitors

Finally, virtual attendees can still connect with the more than 300 exhibitors at ATD24 via the virtual marketplace, which is available now. Within the virtual marketplace, you can click the Request Information button to view a specific company’s website, check out resources, and invite a representative to reach out to you.
