On his company: It’s a training company focusing on administrative relations for public administration.

On attending ATD25: This is my second [ATD conference]. My first one was in 2015. Then I worked for a travel company.

On why he came back for his second ATD conference: I never stopped thinking about returning. And now, I got the budget from my boss. That’s the most important point!

On what he’s looking forward to at ATD25: Certainly artificial intelligence. Also, instructional design and learning videos.

On how AI has affected his field: It will affect it more and more—and it must affect it. I would say, 30 to 50 percent of the future, it’ll affect.

On advice for people attending their first ATD conference: It’s so overwhelming. So, perhaps networking, and don’t feel that you missed anything. Just let your gut feeling decide which session you know you will enjoy. For example, we will go to different sessions and then we will exchange [notes] afterwards. So that is also a good thing. That you have some other people going for you to exchange what you’re interested in as well.
