Those are the types of questions and issues you’ll encounter on the ATD Community platform, the newest national team member benefit. The online community, built by members and for members, is a space where individuals can connect, share insights, and grow their professional networks.

The ATD Community has a variety of groups that give users the opportunity to follow a range of topics. At its core is the General Community Chat, which is the place to ask wide-ranging questions and seek advice.

A second group is titled The Marketplace. There, participants can connect with vendors and find services that other ATD members provide.

Tech Talk is a community group dedicated to all conversations about TD technology. As the community continues to engage, the number of groups will grow.

The platform also features a member-curated Resource Library to house collective wisdom such as ATD materials, checklists, and worksheets.

Additionally, the ATD Community hosts special events such as webinars, Ask Me Anything sessions, and membership office hours. The programs are a great way to stay ahead of trends, discover new tools, expand your professional network within the ATD Community, and get the most of your ATD membership.

Users can earn badges for their active participation such as by creating a profile or contributing to the conversation. You can also participate in the community scavenger hunt. Start by completing your profile, watching the welcome video, and checking out the FAQs.
