ATD21 kicks off on Sunday, with concurrent sessions beginning at 8:30 a.m. MT for all ATD attendees, whether in-person at HQ or virtually with ATD21@Home. If you haven’t started to plan your schedule of sessions and events you’d like to be a part of, now’s the time to start.

My Agenda

Use Pathable, the conference platform, to build out your schedule. To add sessions to your agenda, simply click the green plus sign icon for any session. Streaming sessions say “Virtual Stream” in the session title.

For HQ attendees, to maintain capacity limits, you are required to select and register for conference sessions in advance. Although session reservations opened to all attendees in July, you can continue to add sessions, based on availability.

When you register for a session, it is automatically added to your “My Agenda.” Tip: As you peruse the program—whether by learning track or filtered by type or keyword—identify a couple sessions as backups in case your first choice is booked.

HQ attendees are limited to one session for each time block to allow all participants to maximize their learning experience. If you decide not to attend a session or want to attend a different session in the same time block, kindly remove your reservation and open that seat to others.

During the conference, volunteers will be stationed at session entrances to allow all registered attendees access to the room or event. Room capacity will be limited according to appropriate physically distanced floor plans.

Recorded Sessions and Streaming Options

Because attendees will take part in ATD21 across locations and platforms, many sessions will be recorded. The conference platform identifies those sessions with a red “This session will be recorded” tag. If you miss a session, recorded sessions will be posted within a few hours after the live session, ATD HQ and VIP@Home participants will receive access to an additional 100-plus sessions that have been recorded on-site during ATD21 beginning September 6. All content will be available for viewing through December 3, 2021.
