Getting ATD26-Ready

The ATD26 Session Scheduler & Exhibitor Directory, which doubles as our virtual platform and mobile app (hosted on Swapcard), makes it easier than ever to plan ahead and stay flexible once you’re on-site. While you can browse the full agenda as a guest, you will not be able to log in or build your schedule until you are registered for the conference. You will receive an email within 24 hours of registering with information on how to log in.

Your contact information is never publicly visible in your attendee profile. You’re always in control of what others see, and your contact details stay private unless you choose to connect or book a meeting. Messages are always private, and you can update visibility settings anytime.

Your name and email address can’t be edited here—they’re pulled directly from your registration and tied to your access credentials. Access to sessions and app features is automatically applied based on your registration type.

If you’re a speaker, your profile will also automatically showcase the sessions you’re presenting.

This is where the fun really begins. With hundreds of sessions to explore, the new ATD26 platform offers additional filters to help you quickly find what matters most to you—whether you’re planning every detail or browsing for inspiration.

These filters make it easy to compare options, avoid scheduling conflicts, and uncover sessions you might not have found otherwise. However, we recommend choosing one or two sessions per time block, as sessions are first-come, first-served onsite, and can fill quickly.
