Got 45 minutes? That’s how quickly you can upskill with ATD Education’s on-demand learning library—ATDyou. Launched in tandem with ATD24, the library has 40 course titles facilitated by ATD expert instructors, including “Introduction to Artificial Intelligence and Extended Reality for Learning Professionals,” “Selecting Delivery Methods and Media,” and “Using Quantitative and Qualitative Data for Evaluating Learning.”

The number of available video-based courses will continue to grow. Library resources will cover knowledge and skills from all 23 capabilities of the Talent Development Capability Model; courses will feature content for a variety of roles, so everyone from facilitators to instructional designers to learning technologists will have an array of opportunities for development.

Learning leaders can choose their own areas for career growth or select topics for their team’s development plan. Even better, because the library is available on demand, users can learn at a time and in a space that suits their personal needs. That gives all TD team members a chance for continuous growth, whether they are striving for a future position, looking to keep up with current trends and tools, or face a new organizational or team challenge.

The library is also ideal for Associate Professional in Talent Development and Certified Professional in Talent Development certification candidates as well as managers of the learning function who have a large team to keep skilled.

This fall, ATD Education plans to add content regarding ethics in instructional design, principles of knowledge management, effective communication for TD professionals, and fostering teamwork and collaboration. The ATD Education team intends to keep pace with the ever-changing profession and the way TD practitioners work.
