In its recent report, Leadership Development: Cultivating Critical Skills for Employees at All Levels , ATD Research found that almost half of all organizations (47 percent) are providing leadership development opportunities to individual contributors as well as managers and above. In addition, nearly 80 percent of organizations experience a continuation of company culture by expanding their leadership development opportunities. Providing leadership development also strengthens a company’s leadership pipeline.
