How did you get into the talent development field? I entered the talent development field somewhat differently—through a combination of opportunity, curiosity, and a strong desire to help others grow while I worked in the chemical industry. Early in my career, I found myself naturally gravitating toward roles that involved facilitating. I was actually trained to be a Deming Quality Circle facilitator back in 1984. This cued me that I had a passion for helping people learn and succeed.
