Ethan is a senior fellow in ICF’s organizational research, learning, and performance division. In this role he serves as a thought leader in the practice of strategic planning, leadership development, and human performance improvement. He has provided consulting services to clients in the public, nonprofit, military, and private sectors for more than 20 years. Prior to joining ICF, Ethan was president and CEO of Sundial Learning Systems and director of organizational development for the U.S. Navy’s Human Performance Center. Prior to these positions, he was manager of instructional design for the Association for Talent Development (ATD, formerly ASTD), and currently facilitates several ATD courses.
