I advise planning your attendance, tracks, and sessions before getting to the conference. There are so many different sessions, and a good organized schedule can help you make the most of your experience. We would also advise exploring the EXPO. Use the EXPO as a networking tool and update yourself with the latest products in the L&D industry.

Yavuz Elkin started his finance career as an internal auditor just after his graduation from Marmara University Management Sciences School. During his banking industry career in Turkey, he worked for the biggest Turkish banks, taking different management positions as a marketing director, sales manager, and marketing group manager.With core banking industry experience of almost 15 years, Yavuz took the responsibility of establishing Deniz Academy at Denizbank in 2007. In 2008 his responsibilities grew to cover all human resource functions. He is now responsible for both human resources and Deniz Academy.Yavuz has managed a 140 percent growth in human resources. With the initiatives he has facilitated, he has been awarded by the Brandon Hall Group and ASTD.
