Today’s keynote
Today’s keynote address features a fireside chat with athlete and advocate Simone Biles. She will inspire and empower you. You’ll walk away with the courage to stand up for yourself, both professionally and personally.
8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in Hall D
EXPO hours
The EXPO floor is open from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Lunch is from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Enjoy dessert from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. The Bark Break, sponsored by Evolve Solutions Group, will host puppies from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Brew and steep station
Stop by the EXPO hall for fresh coffee and hot tea, perfect for an energy boost. This new conference feature is available during EXPO hours from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
TD for Good
This year, ATD is partnering with Foster Love to assemble sweet cases—which contain a blanket, hygiene kit, teddy bear, and engaging activities—for foster children. ATD25 attendees can stop by the TD for Good area of the EXPO floor to contribute.
ATD Central
ATD Central is your place to learn how ATD supports your professional development. For example, are you looking for guidance on how to use the Talent Development Capability Model self-assessment? Find the answers at ATD Central, located on the EXPO floor in Booth 1443.
Sensory room
Need to decompress? A sensory room is available throughout the conference in room 154. Today’s hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Headshot lounge
A photographer will take free headshots on a first-come, first-served basis during EXPO hours. The Headshot Lounge is hosted by LinkedIn.
Career coaching
International Coaching Federation-credentialed coaches are offering free 45-minute coaching sessions. Appointments are limited; schedule an appointment at the Career Center to ensure a reservation. Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process that will inspire you to maximize your personal and professional potential. An ICF coach will be your partner on the journey toward identifying, clarifying, and achieving your goals.
Resume reviews
A resume coach is offering free, 15-minute, high-level reviews. Appointments are limited; sign up for your session at the Career Center (or in the conference app) and fill out a quick online intake form (including submitting your resume). All career levels are welcome.
Member Lounge
ATD members, are you looking for a place to relax, network with other members, or ask questions about your current membership? Visit the Member Lounge to update your information, chat with staff, enter a raffle for a free year of membership, and pick up ATD members-only swag.
Author chats
