PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--With layoffs numbering in the thousands and businesses closing at record rates, finding a new job is tougher than it's been in many years for people in the managerial and professional sector of the work force.

Re-tool your resume to frontload examples of how you thrive in challenging times, how you excel at stretching a budget, and how you can bring in new clients and new revenue. When possible include specific numbers.
