ATD Global is pleased to announce that we will organize the ATD 2018 Saudi Arabia Conference in Riyadh on December 5-6. The theme of this year’s event is Reimagining Learning in Saudi Arabia’s Transformative Landscape.

Contemporary socio-cultural, scientific, and technological advances are transforming the very essence of learning within education systems and even more so in the workplace. Developments ranging from digital revolution and globalization to neuroscience and agile learning require us to reconceptualize what matters most to learn, who needs to learn it, and how, to thrive in today’s rapidly changing world. This can be especially game-changing for Saudi Arabia, given that one of Vision 2030’s main strategic objectives is increasing employment and diversifying the economy—putting a lot of pressure on L&D and HR professionals to develop young talent, build a high-performance work culture, and drive productivity.
