Like many professionals, my January has been filled with making those special resolutions, but not of the sort that (often) involve diet and exercise. Goal-setting in our professional lives seems to resonate more deeply than dusting off the treadmill.

The folks at Chat2Lrn held a Twitter chat about New Year’s resolutions for L&D earlier this month and the comments were very interesting. Meanwhile on the Yammer ISD Network, there are resolutions to write more, become stronger all-around ISD professionals, and interact more effectively with clients. One member is even working on a project to help veterans returning to the job market.
