According to Microsoft’s 2021 Work Trend Index, four out of 10 workers are contemplating leaving their current role. Are you one of them? Sponsored by the International Coaching Federation, the ATD21 Career Center is open today and tomorrow from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. MT and Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. MT (with a one-hour lunch break at noon each day). It is offering a variety of in-person and virtual professional development opportunities—at no extra cost to attendees.

Special sessions. Reserve a spot in Pathable, the conference platform, to attend a career-related learning session. Julie Winkle Giulioni, author of the forthcoming book Promotions Are So Yesterday, will lead two sessions, including this afternoon at 1 p.m. MT. In “Languages of Career Development,” which will take place in the Career Center, Giulioni will introduce participants to the eight love languages of career development. She will also lead a session on Tuesday in Ballroom B of the convention center about why career development is the elephant in the room. The latter will be recorded and available to stream.

Additionally, William Arruda, author of the book Digital You: Real Personal Branding in the Virtual Age, will lead a session Tuesday about how and why everyone needs to develop and design a personal brand that fits the fluid movements of their career. The Career Center is also hosting a virtual resume roundtable workshop and interviewing tip session. Add these sessions to your agenda in Pathable, the conference platform.
