How have you benefited from the credential—professionally and/or personally? Yes. The organization performance improvement model of ATD gave me an overall idea of being an
HRBP and consulting the organization in overall effectiveness improvement.

How do you think certification helps the talent development field? This certification empowers talent partners and learning and development professionals with great
clarity of thought while approaching any organization-wide initiative.

What does having your credential mean to you? I’m a much more sorted professional than ever before.
