Why did you pursue the APTD/CPTD? For better career opportunities
How have you benefited from the credential—professionally and/or personally?
Yes. The organization performance improvement model of ATD gave me an overall idea of being an
HRBP and consulting the organization in overall effectiveness improvement.
What advice would you share with others considering certification?
Go for this certification if you are a professional who has to deal with global audiences within a
multicultural workforce. The in-depth knowledge dealt under each topic serves as lifelong material
for you to reference.
How do you think certification helps the talent development field?
This certification empowers talent partners and learning and development professionals with great
clarity of thought while approaching any organization-wide initiative.
How did your employer support your pursuit of the credential?
In designing organization-wide culture change initiatives and behavioral learning interventions
across the leadership mettle.
What does having your credential mean to you? I’m a much more sorted professional than ever before.
How did you get into the talent development field?
Through my passion for human development, learning intervention design, and deployment
interests.
