Through this project, ATD Research hopes to gather and share with the talent development community information on a range of topics from an international viewpoint, including: trends and challenges in training, learning staff and resources, learning content and delivery methods, and spending on learning. This survey is targeted at learning and business professionals who are familiar with the overall learning objectives, strategy, and budget of their enterprise or division. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. All responses will be kept confidential; they will be combined with other responses and summarized in a report to further protect your confidentiality.
