ATD 2021: Asking the Hard Questions: Design for Performance

We need to change the way we conduct intake of training requests. During this session, you will practice asking the hard questions so you can develop training that leads to application on the job and improves performance. And you will practice identifying the reasons why people are struggling so that training can make a difference. This session was presented at the ATD21 Conference, held @Home and @HQ, in Salt Lake City, on August 28 - September 1, 2021.
