10 Years in L&D

This marks my tenth year in talent development. As I reflect on the past decade, a tidal wave of lessons learned flood to mind. Some were painful to learn, some laughable. Most just took time and experience. I’ve worked in legal, tech, advertising, and nonprofit. While these industries are wildly different, there were common themes and lessons learned throughout.
