Most of us are familiar with the concept of content validity. We know that the content of our training should map to the learning goals we’re trying to achieve. In this interview, I talk with Sy Islam, an industrial-organizational psychologist who thinks we should also be paying attention to brand validity—the degree to which a program is aligned with an organization’s values.
