It’s important to align training programs with an organization’s strategic business objectives, and the PROOF framework—that is, purposeful, results-oriented, optimized learning, ongoing reinforcement, and feedback-driven—is a means to achieve this alignment. To be purposeful, assess your existing training initiatives by evaluating their alignment with the organization’s strategic goals, skills gap filling, and contribution to measurable outcomes.
