About a year ago, one of my colleagues was presenting the DrawSuccess program to a prospective client that included playing the DrawSuccess game. The client’s response was, “Although I can see the power of the game and benefits of the program, I could never get my senior management to approve a program that includes a game.” The message, of course, was that business is too serious to spend time “playing.”
