Asking the Right Questions

With more than 50 years of combined experience in the L&D space, we have certainly asked our fair share of questions. And come to find out, that’s often the best path forward, because stakeholders may think they have the necessary answers when in reality (and due to no fault of their own) they don’t. They might be a little too close to the project to have thought about which questions really need to be asked. When designing learning solutions, the learning leader or consultant does not need to have all the answers, but they do need to ask the right questions.
