As someone who has been involved in more than one failed strategic planning effort, and who, I confess, has even facilitated a failed strategic planning effort, I approached Strategic Planning Training with a certain cynicism. I was not optimistic that this book would provide any better guidance than a handful of other noteworthy strategic planning books. I was sure that this book would not be remarkable. I was wrong.
