Collaboration Redefined

I want to take a minute to talk about collaboration. Collaboration is defined by Merriam Webster as working jointly with others or together, especially in an intellectual endeavor. Synonyms for collaboration include band together, concert, concur, conjoin, conspire, cooperate, join, league, team up, and unite. But one important word is missing: disagreement.
