Creating Inclusive Learning Opportunities

Nearly 15 percent of the world’s population lives with some form of a disability, yet people with disabilities are rarely considered by TD practitioners who create learning solutions for employees. Only a quarter of corporate diversity and inclusion recruiting efforts differentiate for types of disabilities, and only half of those target people with intellectual and development disabilities.
