My mother is always complaining about Millennials. Always. Even when it doesn’t fit into the current conversation. I find this funny because she retired before Millennials became a workplace concern, but it also annoys me—and I’m a firmly middle-aged Gen-Xer. I wonder if my mother complains about younger people because it’s the thing to do.
