Dealing With Difficult Issues In Training

Navigating through challenging waters while facilitating a training class is the kind of adventure that I have grown to enjoy. This is not to say that dealing with difficult issues in training is easy or that we can follow any ready-made formula for how to deal with them, but responsibly leading a group through difficult issues is one of the most rewarding, humbling, and deepening experiences we can have as trainers.
