My company is in the throes of defining its values, and I’m helping to lead the project. To ground people and help paint a picture of progress, I’ve created a Values Journey Roadmap. It’s important to provide a variety of values-related activities spaced over time for those in the organization who wish to participate, help shape and create our values, and ultimately promote living them.
