My company is in the throes of defining its values, and I’m helping to lead the project. To ground people and help paint a picture of progress, I’ve created a Values Journey Roadmap. It’s important to provide a variety of values-related activities spaced over time for those in the organization who wish to participate, help shape and create our values, and ultimately promote living them. The journey itself consists of the following activities.
