In today's global economy, it's imperative that we be able to move, replicate, and broadcast training anywhere in the world, often at a moment's notice. While culture and language issues certainly exist, the challenge lies in the systems, processes, and infrastructure used to develop and deliver training. Often these systems and processes become informal and vary from project to project. This results in a hodgepodge of training that is difficult, expensive, and ineffective to move from location to location.
