Organizations must ensure that all of their systems and practices support the same overall objective. Without this alignment, one part of the organization’s efforts may nullify the efforts of another part of the organization. When change is introduced, this alignment is critically important and is a primary objective of most organizational change efforts. In the change game, nothing says “I’m on board” better than ensuring you are properly aligned with the new goals and strategies of the organization.
