OD practitioners tend to be more socially driven (to help others) rather than financially driven. So what would drive an OD practitioner to pursue return-on-investment? Perhaps this is best answered by considering how and why ROI will help the OD process and ultimately, help the client by showing both tangible and intangible ways that the solution has yielded the desired change.
