I decided to become a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) sometime in 2013, and on November 19, 2017, I proudly earned my CPLP designation. It took me four years to become a CPLP, even though I only sat for the Knowledge Exam and Skills Application Exam once. Here are some things I learned and relearned during those four years that became critical to my success.
