I Think Therefore I Am Thinking About Thinking: A Path to Better Decisions

I have made good (sound) decisions that have failed. Conversely, I have made bad decisions that have succeeded. I want to make better decisions, and when my decisions fail, I am compelled to understand why. I am responsible for the learning and development of other employees. I am also a parent who is responsible for making decisions that can significantly affect others. I have an obligation to myself and other people to be critical of my thoughts and decisions.
