Recent events have shown us that everyone has to improve on better understanding one another and our different perspectives as well as help further an environment of inclusivity. Diversity and inclusion (D&I) has become a topic at the top of most organizations’ lists of strategies to advance, improve, or start. Training and development professionals have many opportunities to support the D&I strategy in their organizations or incorporate more inclusive practices if a formalized strategy is nonexistent. These range from high-level macro impacts to the details in how content is built.
