As it becomes clearer that remote work is here to stay in post-pandemic life, most organizations are looking at hybrid work models to better serve the needs of their employees while still accomplishing organizational goals. However, managing a decentralized workforce comes with challenges, and keeping remote employees engaged can be difficult. Start by ensuring there are feedback mechanisms in place for remote employees to have their voices heard in meaningful ways—the same as if they were in the office and could knock on your office door.
