During the past few years, the coaching industry has climbed the ladder of recognition and gained respect as a valuable addition to leadership development. In fact, an executive coach often is listed on the litany of perks many C-level executives receive. But what about lower-level executives who do not have a budget that allows for this type of expense? Or, what about the smaller companies that are struggling to keep their heads above water and certainly cannot afford a coaching line item?
