The need for dialogue on racism is long overdue. People are in a state of shock as they view the murder of Black citizens across the United States. People of color are exhausted, angry, and frustrated, and their co-workers want to reach out but feel intimidated because they fear being misunderstood or seen as vulnerable or biased.
