Not long ago, I was scrolling through LinkedIn and ran across a notification from someone looking for career advice. I’ve actually had a few of these pop up over the past several months and they remind me of when I made my own move from quality management to training and development. It also reminded me of how hard it is to make that change. Now that I’m on the other side, I thought about what I can do to pay it forward.
