Preparing for an Active Shooter Event

As trainers and educators, we try to prepare our workforce with skills that are needed for the global completion of today’s market. We must also prepare for the unthinkable to happen, such as an active shooter on company premises. Some companies are looking at their policies and developing procedures of what to do in the event of active shooter situation. But developing a policy does not ensure how well a company and its employees will meet the challenges during and in the aftermath of such an incident.
